Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Body Basics Fitness Equipment.
If you do need to return or exchange a product, call us at 402-397-8866. We’re here to help.
You may return most non-defective items – for whatever reason – up to 30 days from the date of delivery. The products must be unused and in the original packaging and must have all tags including model numbers and UPC codes
We can’s accept returns for Belts, lifting gloves, and heart rate monitors
Please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning your products. Your return will be rejected if sent without a RMA number.
We are not responsible for lost return shipments. Please use a carrier that provides shipment tracking information with proof of delivery.
Body Basics reserves the right to inspect all returned products and may be refused or reduce the credit if the product is returned used, damaged or incomplete.
We are an authorized dealer for the brands we sell. If your product is defective and under manufacturer warranty, we will work with our vendor partners to order and replace the parts under warranty at no cost to you.
Depending on the reason for your returning an item, you may be responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping is not refundable on items returned due to customer preference/change of mind.
Products should be returned in their original packaging. Inside the box, please include your order number, and reason for return.
Once we receive your package, we will credit the amount of the item to the original method of payment. If the item was purchased with a gift certificate or as a gift, you’ll be issued an in-store credit for the amount of the item.
